Artem Saprykin focuses on domestic and international mutual investment schemes and private equity transactions, corporate bonds issuances and other financings schemes, including bridge loans, secured loans, cash flow loans. His transactional experience includes complex banking regulatory issues, securities transactions (including projects of professional participants of the securities market), as well as representing clients in international arbitrations and litigations with respect to investments and private equity projects.
