Professional experience:
Maksim is an expert in the field of land and agricultural law, real estate, construction, renewable energy, and telecommunications.
Mr. Maksimenko possesses 12 years’ experience of legislative work in the area of land relations. Maksim was a member of various task groups of the central bodies of executive power, involved in developing and approving draft regulations in the Ukrainian Parliament, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine related to geodesics, cartography, and the land cadastre.
The scope of his scientific interests encompasses issues of land use structure optimization in Ukraine. In 2013 Maksim defended his Candidate of Sciences thesis in land use structure optimization regulation of Ukraine.
