Yuriy Petrenko has been heading Litigation Practice at Spenser & Kauffman since its foundation.

Mr. Petrenko has extensive experience of representing clients in court in economic, civil and administrative proceedings, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Petrenko was admitted to the Bar in 2003 and received the License of Insolvency officer in 2005.

Yuriy Petrenko was recommended by Best Lawyers 2013 in CIS litigation and recognized as a leading practitioner of legislation on the judicial system in 2017.

In 2012, Mr. Petrenko was also noted one of the leading experts of the Ukrainian legal market and named among notable practitioners in Litigation & Enforcement Proceedings, as well as in Restructuring & Bankruptcy by Ukrainian Law Firms.
