Experience:

• at least 5 years of professional work experience in the area of tax law, preferably with a law firm serving international clients.

Requirements:

• experience in drafting legal documents in English (memoranda, contracts, due diligence reports, etc);
• research and analytical skills;
• background in commercial law, litigation and corporate law will be an advantage;
• good writing and speaking English language skills.
